How to create a contact form for your blogger/wordpress blogs or website?

• First of all visit to the Foxyform.com
• Here you will see the three steps to get your free contact form.
• Choose the fields which you want to add into your contact form in the first step. You can also mark any field as a required field.

• Second step is Advanced Settings step. You can choose the background color, font color, font and font size for your contact form.

• Then go for the third and final step. Add your email address on which you want to receive emails.
